01 — Who we are
Hemovance represents one technology. Every member of the team is trained on the mechanism of action, the cleared indications, the available configurations, and the clinical settings in which WoundClot® is — and is not — appropriate.
That focus is deliberate. A hemostatic dressing is selected by clinicians who must justify the decision to a value analysis committee and then rely on the product during active hemorrhage. Those discussions require a representative able to address a trauma surgeon, a perioperative director and a materials manager with equal competence.
Hemovance is a growing organization. Our growth strategy is to earn repeat business from established accounts rather than to expand into product lines we cannot support to the same standard.

03 — What we do
Quotation, order processing and fulfillment for both product lines, with reference numbers and case quantities formatted for your purchasing system.
In-service training delivered in the clinical area to the staff who will apply the product: nursing, technicians, residents and prehospital personnel.
The documentation set required by value analysis committees: regulatory clearance status, biocompatibility summary, published literature and a cost comparison against products currently stocked.
Reorder management, expiry and stock rotation guidance, refresher education for new staff, and continuity of the assigned representative.
04 — How we work
Accounts typically progress through four stages.
We review the hemostatic products currently stocked, the departments using them and the associated cost. Where WoundClot® is not appropriate for a given protocol, that is stated.
Evaluation samples are provided to clinical staff together with an in-service, so that the evaluation reflects correct application technique.
The value analysis documentation is assembled and, where requested, presented to the committee. Pricing is set against current expenditure on comparable products.
Product is entered into the purchasing system, par levels are agreed, and refresher education is scheduled as staffing changes.
05 — How we sell
Clinical purchasing decisions warrant scrutiny. The following commitments apply to every account Hemovance serves.
06 — Who you will deal with
Each account is assigned one representative who is responsible for the relationship in full: the product evaluation, the value analysis submission, in-service education and ongoing supply.
Hemovance
Primary contact for product enquiries, evaluation samples, in-service scheduling and value analysis documentation across the lower 48.
WoundClot® is designed and manufactured by Core Scientific Creations Ltd. Hemovance is an independent United States distributor. We are responsible for sales, education and supply in our territory; the manufacturer is responsible for the device, its regulatory clearances and its Instructions for Use.
Product enquiries are directed to Hemovance. Suspected adverse events, device complaints and technical questions about the Instructions for Use should be directed to the manufacturer and through your institution's risk management pathway.
Provide details of the hemostatic products currently stocked and the departments concerned. Hemovance will advise whether WoundClot® offers a clinical or economic advantage in your setting.
